I had a great experience with Rose on my home search in Chicago. She was adaptable to the needs I had from an agent while being flexible and non-pushy. Rose has recommendations available for any providers you may need, which is nice for things you may not have a good lead on. At the same time, there is no fuss over bringing your own providers as well. I personally found my own lawyer and inspector. She was on my side and not just angling for a sale when a first contingent purchase had a really bad inspection. She helped me a lot by getting in touch with a general contractor she knows to help estimate the repairs for constructing a credit/repair request. Ultimately the deal fell through and we continued on with searching. My search became remote when my 6 month rental in Chicago ended and she was very helpful with video walkthroughs pre-screening promising listings before we finally found the right place for me. I was happy with her recommendations on offer negotiations and keeping everything moving during a fast close. I would happily work with her again. Rich M

I wanted to write a quick note to thank Rose Dante for a great job in representing us while we looked for our first home. She tirelessly kept tabs on what we wanted...from the area, to price, to the space we desired. It didn't take long to find our ideal home (the second showing she found). Once we were sure of what we wanted she went to work. We were approved for an FHA loan, which we found isn't very common in a lot of condo associations. It could take as long as 6-8 months. We initially looked at the unit on May 15, 2010. On May 18th, we took a second look. On May 28th, we had the inspection. We moved in on August 5th. I can't express the enthusiasm and professionalism that Rose had during this transaction. She had our backs from day 1. I will and have recommenced Rose to friends and colleagues. She has our thanks for finding us a home that we are proud of. N/A
